Semi-Private Personal Training – Small group of 2-3 clients
60-minute sessions that are built to fit your fitness level and goals while training in a small group of 2-3 people. Training with a friend or in a group gives you the opportunity to push and motivate each other. Training with a friend will increase your support system allowing you to achieve your goals while also helping your friend achieve theirs. Semi-private training makes personal training more cost effective for each person and is more fun!
